This workshop aims at bringing together the scientific community working on Abelian varieties and their isogenies with the cryptographic community interested in their applications to post-quantum cryptography.
The workshop will be held at the Bernoulli center, at EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland, during the week of the 16 - 20 November 2026.
Initiate cryptographers to abelian varieties, and reversely, initiate mathematicians to modern cryptography.
Share the current state-of-the-art results on isogenies of abelian varieties and their applications to isogeny based cryptography.
Discuss open research directions.
Initiate a working group towards the native support in Python/Sagemath of easy-to-use abelian varieties and isogenies, with a focus on dimensions 2 and 4.
