Registration is free but mandatory. We plan to keep registration running until the 2nd of october, but we may close the form earlier if we reach maximum capacity.

Lunch, Coffee breaks and the social dinner are covered by the organisers. There is coffee and tea available throughout the day. In addition, we will provide snacks in the morning before the first talk, in case participants need them.

Please read before registering. We have limited capacity and it would really be helpful that people who register are committed to attending. By registering, you confirm that you have fully evaluated the cost of attending the workshop and have funding to cover your travel, accommodation, meals and any other expenses, and that you plan to attend the event. If you would love to attend but would need financial support from the organisers, then please refrain from registering. Unfortunately, we don't have funding to support travel and accommodation for participants at the moment. If this changes, we will announce it on this webpage and priority will be given to participants from underrepresented groups.
